As a integral member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and creating visual concepts, graphics, and illustrations that align with our brand identity and message
  • Collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to develop designs for various projects such as packaging, digital marketing campaigns, and social media and event content
  • Designing and creating a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, posters, ads, and other promotional materials
  • Creating and maintaining design guidelines and ensuring consistency across all materials
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Opportunity for a highly organized and self-starter Admin Assistant to support the CEO of a female-led business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and managing day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the company.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements 
  • Managing and maintaining Cassandra's calendar, ensuring all deadlines and commitments are met
  • Providing support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Managing and tracking expenses, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Helping the Cassandra stay on top of tasks and prioritizing tasks
  • Ensuring the office is always organized, tidy and well-stocked
  • Assisting with special projects as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proven experience as an admin assistant or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Loyal and trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality
  • Understanding of the specific needs of ADHD, and the ability to work alongside of a manager that has a neurodivergent brain
